Instructions for Enrolling Students in VTVLC, BTC, and CTE - Student Accounts Exists

There is a "remote enrollment" function which you will use to enroll a student(s) at another school. BHS uses this functionality to enroll students going to BTC, VTVLC, and CTE.

This procedure assumes that the students have accounts PS already so new student accounts do not need to be created. If there is a large group of students that are not in PS already, use this procedure. 

1. Search and find the student(s) on the Start page.
2. Select Mass Remote/Summer School Enrollment from the Functions drop down in the lower right. 



3.Select the program from the drop down for "School Where Class is Held" as is shown below.



5. Click in the Course field. Start typing any part of the course name. The system will populate the drop down with classes that match. See below where I searched for "algeb" looking for Algebra. Once you see the class you need in the drop down, click on it.


6. Select a section.
7. Enter an enrollment date. 
8. Click Submit.
