The teacher can be entered for sending high school employing org with that CTE teacher EducatorID. The FTE for this person is 0. The sending high school is again used for POS and POS role table, the rolepct=1.0, the teacher has a total FTE 0.0. The final piece is coursesetting will be coded as TC and that is where we will see the bridge to the tech center courses.
