BTC Grade Reports

BTC Grade Reports

There are two Crystal Reports to run for BTC grades. They are located in J:\DATA\crystal-viewer\BTC\Grades.

Report 1:  BTC_Grade_bySchool-LetterGrade-PS.rpt
Report 2: BTC_Grade_bySchool-PS.rpt

Open each in Crystal Reports. Go to the Report menu and select Refresh Report Data. Export as PDF and save in J:\DATA\Data_Requests\By School\BTC.

NOTE: If you are printing for a new quarter or semester....
You must activate the correct field. 
  1. Go to Design Mode
  2. Click the little box for the appropriate quarter/semester (you may need both.)
  3. Right click and select Format Field.
  4. Go to the Common tab. Uncheck Suppress.
  5. Refresh the data again.
