Powerschool grade store codes explained by Andrew

The storecodes do not precisely match the reporting terms.

Semester 1:Q1 - Quarter 1Q2 - Quarter 2S1 = Y1 - The semester grade gets stored as both S1 and Y1

Semester 2:Q3 - Quarter 3Q4 - Quarter 4S2 = Y1 - The semester grade gets stored as both S2 and Y1

Full Year:Q1 - Quarter 1Q2 - Quarter 2Q3 - Quarter 3Q4 - Quarter 4S1 - Semester 1S2 - Semester 2Y1 - Final

Grades that come in from external sources that only have a final grade (e.g. dual enrollment classes) get stored as Y1.

Thus, if you only need to report final grades, you can use Y1 for everything.
