Counts of Contact Details

This report is great for showing information missing from student contacts. It gives a count of some of the information in the new student contacts area for each student at the current school. Counts for all columns include active and inactive contacts. The report only looks at students who are currently enrolled. Click on a student name to access the contacts page for that student.

Location: SQL Reports; Contacts; Count of Contact Details

A value of 0 means there is data missing. The NoName column indicates a contact exists with the name "NoName." Please remove these.

To find contacts not receiving mail:
  1. Sort the Receives Mail column. **All zeros will not receive the Broadcast through School Messenger**
  2. School Messenger is getting only contacts with Receives Mail checked in the contact record. This is found by clicking the pencil next to the student row in the contact record. Without that check, the data doesn't go to School Messenger.

EL report
Start page, choose ALL students, sql reports, EL, Students With Parent Lang and Trans Current Select

Select All on your home page, then go to the bottom right dropdown and choose List Students. From here you can click Fields to choose your fields and I think you want: U_STUDENT_PARENTS.Parent1_Pref_Language and U_STUDENT_PARENTS.Parent2_Pref_Language. From here you can filter by language or make a CSV list, etc.
