 The following reports are available under the Special Services category in SQL Reports

Child Count

Active students with IEP Entry Code is "CF", and Exit Date is not null
student#, Last Name, First Name, Gender, Race, DOB, School, Entry Date, Exit Date



District IEP List

Quick no frills list of students on an IEP. Includes only active students.  All students can be filtered by school and other columns.


District IEP Students w/Demographics

Shows all demographics but includes schoolid 10 which is Special Circumstances, and also includes Service School and DOB. This was written for Medicare Staff. It includes some fields not included in other SPED reports.



Homeless Students



HomeSchool Students

This is a listing of homeschool students that includes all the related fields from the Admin Info page. Homeschool, Receiving Services, Taking Classes, Hours / week, Taking Extracurricular activities. 
NOTE: If a student is not taking classes or extracurricular activities the only column that will have Y is the homeschool column. We do not report this kids to the state. They are included on this report as a reference. 

Admin Status should be one of the following:
Homestudy Taking Classes = 4
Homestudy Taking extracurricular activities = 5
Homestudy No Classes or Activities 10

District IEP List

Active Students on an IEP. All students can be filtered by school and other columns.



PreK IEP & EEE Status

Shows the EEE and IEP status for PreK students. Per SLDS reporting requirements, all who have IEP should be EEE. Filter by EEE = N to find IEPs who are not coded as EEE.

Special Circumstances-Independent School Students

This reports shows all students that are enrolled in an independent school and hence enrolled in the Special Circumstances school. It includes the elementary and middle sponsor schools and the service school. Also includes IEP, ELL, 504, and EST data.  These students are tuition based.

Special Circumstances with Next School and Next Grade

Use for next year planning. Includes Active and Pre-Registered Students, Students Enrolled in SC, Includes State Placed Students, Next Year and Next Grade with Service School
