Create a Class for a PreK Program/School (Includes SLDS Information)
For SLDS reporting purposes, each of the CPP schools are assigned a PKID from the AOE.  They release a new list each year which can be found on the EFT site.
Each Prek program is set up as a class using the PKID as the Class Number. In addition, as with any class setup, the section has to be created too.
Step 1: Create the Class
- Select the CPP or BSD PreK school from the school dropdown on the Start page.

- Go to School Setup.

- Under Scheduling, select Courses

- Click New Course

Below is a list of fields on the Course page. Fill in the data for each class.
| Field | Description |
| Course Name | Enter the name of the Program. |
| Course Number | Enter the PKID.

SLDS: There is a list of PreK IDs on the EFT in the Shared folder as well as the help section of EdFusion. It is titled 16_PK_ORGS. If there is a particular program that you are looking to find and is not on the list, please contact Leslie Freedman, on the PreK monitoring team.
