P-EBT Procedure for Gathering and Reporting Student Data
Because of COVID, the State provided additional money for families in the form of P-EBT cards. Before families can get their cards, we need to send the State a list of student information. This is the procedure to prepare, collect and report the data

PowerSchool Procedure to Get the Data File for all But Independent Schools
Responsibility - Data Team
The PowerSchool list will include data about all enrolled students. Any calls received about these students are to be forwarded to the Data Team.
- Open and run the SQL file above.
- Save file as CSV.
- Submit using the Secure File Transfer Instructions for Submission.
Independent Schools:
Responsibility - - Dinah/Food Service
Independent schools are submitted separately. They must fill out the spreadsheet linked below which will be a list of all their enrolled students. You will then upload the file using the Secure File Transfer Instructions for Submission. Any calls received about students from these schools will be resolved by Dinah.
- Send the Independent School Reporting Spreadsheet and have them return it to you.
- Submit the file to the State via the Secure File Transfer Instructions for Submission.
