Level Data Apps: Daily Attendance Details (Checking for Blank Attendance)
When you want to check your Daily Attendance to make sure that all teachers entered a code for ALL students in your school, you can use this Level Data App.
Go to your home page and click ALL. (or select the students that you want)
Go to the bottom left and under Level Data Apps, click Real Time Reports.
Click Daily Attendance Details
Set your parameters.
Date Range: You can do this for a date range or just one day. Just be sure to set a date.
Attendance Code: You can use any code here but to check that all students were accounted for (no Blank Attendance), scroll to the bottom of the drop down list and check Present (Default).
Make sure that the Current Selection says the correct number of students.
Click Run.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page for your list.
