How to run and archive mba report cards - HMS specific

Form the Powerschool Start Page, choose a selection of students.  A few students, all from a single grade level, is fine. The report card will work for all grade levels. Alternatively you can choose all the students in a grade level.

Once these students are chosen, select System Reports on the sidebar menu, then choose the Report Cards tab on the next screen.

Next you will see the Generate Report Card screen.  Choose the selections as shown in the screen shot below.  You will have to choose the HMS 6/7/8 Report Card.  Make sure you have the Show Dropped Courses check box unchecked., then select the Generate Report button:



The report cards will open up in a new browser tab.  In order to make them available on the parent portal, you will select the Archive Report Card button. Please review the report cards before archiving them.  When you archive them, you will need give them a name.  Please choose a name that identifies the school and the term (e.g. HMS Report Card 19-20 Q3). 

Once the report cards are archived, they will appear on the parent portal.  You can direct parents there once the report cards are ready.
