Enter Transcripts for Students Graduated From Alt School/Program

for example, Adult Learning

  1. Select your school and the prior year's term...the term they graduated from, not the current term.
  2. Click Enroll New Student from the left navigation menu. 
  3. Enter the basic demographic data. 
    1. Make the enrollment date the first day of school of the year they graduated. 
    2. Select a FTE (full time)
    3. Select grade 12
    4. Entry Code = Graduated Student
    5. District of Residence = Burlington
    6. Under "Information for Family Match" select "Enroll without linking or copying."
    7. Enter address.
    8. Click Submit
  4. 4. Click on Transfer Info on the left navigation.
  5. Exit Date = last day of school for for the year they graduated.
  6. Exit Code = Graduated From High School 
  7. Exit Comment = Name of school/program they attended (i.e., VT Adult Learning)
  8. Select Full Time as the FTE
  9. Select grade 12
  10. Select Burlington School District from the District of Residence drop down. 
  11. Click Submit
  12. Click Historical Grades from the left navigation.
  13. Click Multiple Entries.
  14. Enter Grades for each course.
  15. Click Submit.
