The most recent release of Ecollect includes an updated and corrected Race and Ethnicity element that pulls directly from the SIS table that holds this data. All previous iterations of this element, which were based on customizations in the forms to pull that data, are now deprecated and any past versions of this element are unsupported.

I will go ahead and use this ticket to begin processing an upgrade for you to 20.3.2.

Your access token to initiate this update is: hyh7wj - there is currently no change in the 19.12 Subscription Manager, so all you need to do is enter the Access Token and then process the SQL scripts (which will be attached to this case in the Case Portal as "Script files with EEX (6).zip", not to this email - as most mail servers reject SQL scripts as suspicious). The ZIP file contains the PDF with the run order for the DBA.

Additionally, the submitted case priority was not set correctly. We base our priorities on the definitions found on the PowerSchool Community(https://help.powerschool.com/t5/Case-Portal-Priority-Definitions/ct-p/case-portal-priorities). With that said, I will update this case to a priority 2 based on the following:

• Core functionality is not impacted
