Substitute login and procedures
Substitutes can take attendance as follows:
select school from the dropdown
select teacher
type school password - supplied by the admin assistant at the building. that never changes.
click the chair to take attendance.
this can be used by any staff member to take attendance for someone else's class you are covering...rather than have to become a coteacher, etc. on the class.
passwords are located: admin portal, school setup, general, sub sign in settings. password is usually something like HMSsub or FLYNNsub
