Admin List of Tasks Before Leaving for the Summer

  1. Run the No Frills Next School Next Grade V2 report. Look for students with values missing and fix them.

  2. Create a Student Transfer Request for all students not returning next year.

  3. Run Section Enrollment Audit report and fix errors if need be. System Reports under the Membership and Enrollment heading. This report shows enrollments and class enrollments that have incorrect dates. 

  4. Run Year End Setup Errors. PSCB Reports, Validation, Year End Setup Errors. Fix errors.

  5. EMS, HMS, BHS: Run grade reports to stay on top of who hasn’t entered grades and who hasn’t stored grades.

    1. PSCB Custom Reports

      1. There are some great new grading reports, including assignment grade checks.

      2. at the very least:

        1. Stored Grades - Duplicate Grades

        2. Stored Grades - Missing / Blank Grades

        3. Gradebook - Out of Sync Grades

    2. BHS: Student Potential/Earned Credits. Make sure there are no credits that are more than the Max Credit. If so, go to the course and change the Max Credit.
